We deliver to addresses in the UK only.
Orders usually arrive within 3–8 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Some of our items are dispatched directly from our suppliers' warehouses outside the UK. This is why delivery can take a little longer than you might expect from a UK-only shop. If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
Every order includes tracking. We'll email you the tracking details once your order is on its way.
Prices on our website include everything you need to pay for your order. If you're ever asked to pay an import charge on delivery, please contact us and we'll cover it.
Occasionally, deliveries take longer because of things outside our control, like bad weather or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 8 working days, email hello@splashesandtails.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, let us know within 14 days of the expected delivery date and include photos of any damage. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order is dispatched.
