How long will my order take to arrive?
We deliver across the UK in 3–8 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on UK orders over £35. For orders under £35, standard UK delivery is £3.99. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Get in touch and we’ll talk you through it.
Which size Paw Cleaner Cup do I need?
As a rough guide: Small suits little breeds like terriers and dachshunds, Medium suits spaniels and collies, and Large suits labradors, retrievers and bigger dogs. If your dog’s paw fits comfortably inside with room to twist, you’ve got the right size.
How do I charge the LED Light-Up Collar?
It charges by USB, so you can top it up from a laptop or plug adaptor before your evening walk.
What’s in the Winter Walk Kit?
The Silicone Paw Cleaner Cup, the Self-Cleaning Slicker Brush and the LED Light-Up Dog Collar. You choose one size for the cup and collar, plus a collar colour (green, orange or blue). Bought separately they cost £58.97; the kit is £44.99.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
